Not Satisfied? Claim Back Policy

At Invstory Business Services Private Limited, student satisfaction is our top priority. We offer both offline classroom programs and online e-learning courses through our digital platform. To ensure transparency and fairness, we provide a “Not Satisfied, Claim Back” option for eligible students enrolled in the basic Course, available in both online and offline modes.

Eligibility Criteria for Claim Back

To qualify for a refund request, the student must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Class Attendance

    • The student must attend the first three classes in full, from beginning to end.
    • Partial viewing or incomplete attendance will not be considered valid

2. Assignment Completion

    • All assignments provided during the first three classes must be completed and submitted within the given timeframe.

3. Minimum Course Progress Requirement

    • Refund requests cannot be raised before the completion of the first three classes.

Important Refund Conditions

  • Any seat booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Refund requests based only on the booking amount will not be entertained.
  • Refund applications must be submitted strictly after the third class and before the fourth class begins.
  • Only students who have attended all three classes and fulfilled assignment requirements will be considered for refund eligibility.
  • Any approved refund will be processed during the ongoing academic term, subject to company approval and discretion.
  • By registering on the website or submitting an enquiry, the student agrees to all Invstory terms and policies

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once approved, the refund process may take approximately 10–14 working days to complete.
