Welcome to the Terms of Use of Invstory Business Services Private Limited (“Invstory”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Invstory is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, having its registered office at:

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Invstory website and mobile application (together referred to as the “Platform”), including all services, content, and educational offerings made available through it.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with Invstory’s Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Visitor: A person who accesses the Platform without registering.
  • Student: A registered user who enrolls in and/or purchases courses or educational services.
  • User: Any Visitor or Student using the Platform.
  • App: The Invstory website and mobile application.

3. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Invstory reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. SERVICES OFFERED

The Platform provides online educational courses and learning materials related to financial markets. Users may choose and purchase courses as per their learning requirements.

All content is provided strictly for educational purposes only.

5. USER REGISTRATION

To access paid or restricted services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Information collected may include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Educational preferences
  • Basic demographic details

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any activity carried out through a registered account will be deemed to have been performed by the account holder. Invstory reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

6. ACCESS TO AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

Registered users can review their basic personal information through their account profile. Sensitive data such as passwords will not be displayed.

Users may request deletion of their personal data by emailing support@invstory.com, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

7. ELIGIBILITY

The Platform is available only to users located in select regions of India. Individuals who are legally incompetent to contract, including minors, are not eligible to use the Platform.

Users between 13 and 18 years of age may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

8. SECURITY & TRANSACTIONS

All online transactions are secured through authorized payment gateways. Invstory does not store users’ card or banking details.

9. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

Invstory grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.

Users shall not:

Copy, reproduce, or resell Platform content

Use automated tools to extract data

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Misuse trademarks, logos, or proprietary content

10. USER CONDUCT

Users must not upload, publish, or share content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

Students must maintain academic integrity and must not share exam materials, solutions, or engage in unfair practices.

12. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By using the Platform, users consent to receive communications from Invstory via email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms for service-related or promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

13. PAYMENTS & PRICING

Browsing the Platform is free; however, certain courses and services require payment. Prices may be updated from time to time and will be displayed prior to purchase.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other options available at checkout.

14. FRAUD WARNING

Invstory does not authorize any third party to collect payments outside the Platform. Users are advised to avoid dealing with individuals falsely claiming association with Invstory. The company is not liable for losses arising from such interactions.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials available on the Platform are the property of Invstory Business Services Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

16. DISCLAIMER

All services and content are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. Invstory does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or specific results.

Invstory is an educational service provider only and does not offer financial advisory, broking, or portfolio management services. Any investment decisions made based on educational content are solely at the user’s own risk.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

Invstory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invstory, its directors, employees, and affiliates against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

18. TERMINATION

Invstory may suspend or terminate user access at any time without prior notice. Termination does not affect obligations related to payments already made.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

Disputes shall be resolved through:

    1. Mediation, followed by
    2. Arbitration in Kolkata, India

If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata.

20. PRIVACY

Use of the Platform is governed by Invstory’s Privacy Policy. Users voluntarily consent to the lawful collection and processing of personal data.

21. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
    • Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect the validity of remaining Terms.
