Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Recorded Courses
Cancellations are not permitted for recorded or pre-recorded courses. Once a recorded course is purchased, the fee paid is non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
Live Classes – Cancellation Eligibility
Students enrolled in live classes may request a cancellation only after attending the first class, provided a valid reason is submitted.
- The cancellation request must be sent within 24 hours of completion of the first class
- Requests must be emailed from the student’s registered email ID
- Requests should be sent to support@invstory.com
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per the Refund Policy
Seat Booking / Registration Charges
Any seat booking or registration fee paid for a course is non-cancellable in all cases.
If a cancellation is approved, only the remaining course fee (after deducting seat booking charges) may be considered for refund. GST, taxes, and convenience charges are not refundable.
Cancellation Request Process
Once INVSTORY BUSINESS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED receives a written cancellation request:
The request will be reviewed based on eligibility criteria
If approved, the cancellation will be processed within 7–10 business days
Any eligible refund will be credited to the original payment method, excluding GST and convenience charges
Cancellation Rejection
INVSTORY BUSINESS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to decline any cancellation request that does not meet the policy conditions.
Cancellation requests may be rejected due to reasons including, but not limited to:
Request submitted beyond the allowed time frame
Attendance of the second class or subsequent sessions
Incomplete details or lack of valid proof of purchase
