By enrolling in any course or service offered by INVSTORY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the refund terms outlined below.
Accepted Payment Modes for Refund Consideration
Refunds may be considered for payments made via the following methods:

- Debit Card (full payment)
- Credit Card (full payment)
- Cash
Refund requests will not be accepted if the payment was made through:

- Education loan or third-party financing
Important Refund Conditions
Refunds may be considered for payments made via the following methods:

Recorded Classes:
Fees paid for recorded or pre-recorded courses are non-refundable under any circumstances.

MENTORSHIP & Subscription Services:
Fees paid for MENTORSHIP or any standalone subscription-based service are strictly non-refundable.
However, if a subscription service is bundled as part of a course package, the student may request a refund for the overall course fee, subject to other policy conditions.

Refund Eligibility for Live Classes

- Refund requests for live classes are permitted only after attending the first class and must include a valid reason.
- The refund request must be sent within 24 hours of the completion of the first class.
- Requests must be emailed from the student’s registered email address to support@invstory.com
Non-Refundable Charges

- Seat booking or registration fees are non-refundable in all cases.

- GST, taxes, and convenience charges are not refundable under any circumstances
Refund Processing Timeline
Once INVSTORY receives a valid refund request:

- The request will be reviewed based on eligibility criteria.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method, excluding GST and convenience charges.
Refund Rejection Policy
INVSTORY reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the conditions stated above.

- Attendance of the second class or subsequent sessions
- Missing or incomplete purchase details
- Requests for tax or convenience charge refunds
